100 g of butter

100 g of sugar

1 egg yolk,

80 g of orange juice

380 g of flour



Mix the butter with the sugar and orange juice and gradually incorporate the flour. Mix well and form a ball of dough. Let stand for about 1 hour.

Spread the dough with a rolling pin and mould the crespells. Put them on a lined baking tray and bake for about 20-30 minutes at 170 degrees. The cooking time will depend on thickness of crespells.
