Increasingly, the properties of nuts are spreading among fans to healthy food, especially that of the hard nuts like pistachios, almonds or walnuts. These fruits are especially suitable for the proper functioning of the cardiac system and are a source of antioxidants and proteins.

Nuts, for example, are a source of vitamins and nutrients that enhance the development of our body, since they strengthen the immune system and help prevent diseases. This is because, in addition to its nutritional benefits, these products contain high levels of polyphenols, chemical antioxidants that help the body to counteract the effects of the molecules that cause oxidation and damage the cells.

Its nutrients, in addition, include proteins, healthy fats, fiber, minerals (sodium, potassium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, magnesium, calcium), vitamin B and vitamin E.
