Coca de brossat
For the dough:
100 g butter
200 g of flour
A spoonful of sugar
For the filling:
500 g of cottage cheese
250 g of sugar
For the dough, cut the cold butter into cubes and add the egg. Mix well and add the flour, forming a compact mass. Leave it in the fridge for an hour.
Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Prepare a mould with butter and stretch the dough inside. Bake it for approximately 15 minutes.
On the other hand, separate the egg whites and egg yolks. Mix the cottage cheese along with sugar, cinnamon and lemon zest. Add the egg yolks and mix well. Beat the egg whites and or add to the mix.
Add the mixture over the dough and bake for 45 minutes.
