300 g of noodles

1 onion

2 tomatoes

4 potatoes

200 g of beans

50 g of sobrasada

2 l of water

Olive oil





Peel and cut the onion into very small pieces and grate the tomato. Wash the beans and cut them into three or four pieces. Peel the potatoes and cut them into squares.

Boil water with a piece of sobrasada with skin.

Put a “greixonera” on the fire with olive oil and fry the onion. Add the tomato and cook over a high heat. Add the water where we have boiled the sobrasada through a colander and squeeze the meat to release all the flavour.

When it starts to boil, add the beans and potatoes. Add salt and pepper and incorporate the noodles. Once boiled, let the stew rest for a few minutes before serving.
