D’S Portals was set up with a view to offering a different approach to meat, specializing in products from England. They import the best meat from around the world such as Kobe from Australia or the USA; Black Angus from Ireland, Scotland, England and the USA; lamb from Mallorca, Ireland, New Zealand and Australia; chicken from Poland, Cataluña and Mallorca or pork from Mallorca and England.
Every day they prepare twenty different types of sausages, such as Cumberland sausages made from pork, lamb or pork with leaks; cooked sausages (Frankfurt, Bockwurst, Bratwurst, Thuringer etc) as well as delicious homemade hamburgers using Kobe, Black Angus or veal as well as skewers, sausage rolls and bacon.
They take great care sourcing their produce, with strict quality control from its place of origin through to handing it over the counter to their customers; they can vacuum pack, sell fresh or frozen, label it or whatever you so choose, including home and boat delivery anywhere on the island..
