Charcutería S'Aglà

This small family-run business selling hams, cheeses and wine decided back in 2008 to change tack.  Sebastià Rojas, who belongs to the second generation, first opened a shop in the Arenal area, then in the Olivar Market before settling finally in Santa Catalina Market in 2014. 

He is a master carver and his delicate slices bring an enhanced flavour to the jamones ibéricos which you can taste as a tapa together with a glass of wine while buying from his selection of over 200 cheeses to take home.
